 Caroline becomes the first Paraplanner President of the Personal Finance Society! 

Having served as a Member Director on the Personal Finance Society Board for the four years, with the last two as Vice President, Caroline was honoured to be elected as this year's President by her fellow Board Directors. 

Caroline will be the first person elected from the Paraplanning profession to serve as President in the Society's eighteen year history, helping to raise the profile of Paraplanning both inside and outside of the Financial Planning sector.

Caroline scoops another award, winning Best Paraplanner in the 2022 Money Marketing Awards! 




Caroline was thrilled to be shortlisted for this year's Money Marketing Awards Best Paraplanner award. 

In explaining their choice, the judges noted that to win this prestigious award, paraplanners must perform more than report writing, risk analysis and cashflow, and here Caroline, stood out.

The judges commended her for doing everything in her power to help advisers give the best-quality advice to clients.
They found Caroline really understood the advisers she worked with, as well as their advice processes. 

Caroline also devotes a huge amount of time, both in and out of work, to developing a better profession for everyone and the Judges were also impressed by her use of social media to promote paraplanning as a profession.

They added that her work for the Personal Finance Society board was beyond what most paraplanners did in the UK.

Caroline wins Professional Adviser - Paraplanner of the Year Award for 2021! 




This was the first year Caroline was nominated for the Professional Adviser Paraplanner of the Year Award. She was shortlisted along with a number of excellent paraplanners from a range of businesses. 

During the online ceremony in March, Caroline was thrilled to be named Paraplanner of the Year.

Caroline scoops a Professional Adviser - Woman of the Year Award! 
Caroline was nominated twice for the Professional Adviser Women in Financial Advice Awards this year, in two categories - Role Model and Paraplanning. 

There were some fantastic women shortlisted in all the categories and during the online ceremony in October, Caroline was thrilled to be named Woman of the Year - Paraplanning.

Personal Finance Society - Appointment as Vice President of the Board

After serving as a Member Director of the Personal Finance Society Board for the last two years, Caroline is honoured and proud to have been appointed Vice President for this year. 

With Sarah Lord of Succession Wealth being appointed as the Society's President for 2020 to 2021, this will be the first time there has been women in both the President and Vice President roles.  Caroline will also be the Society's first paraplanner Vice President.  

Caroline is looking forward to supporting Sarah in her role and helping with her theme of fostering new talent and building a united profession. 


Professional Paraplanner Awards - Personality of the Year 

Caroline was over the moon to have won this year's Personality of the Year in the Professional Paraplanner Magazine's Awards. 

It is awarded to someone in paraplanning who readers feel has had the most positive impact on the paraplanning profession and/or community over the past year.

Readers nominated Caroline for her work with the Personal Finance Society and the Paraplanners Powwow which is helping to develop and grow the paraplanning profession. Caroline was thrilled and touched to be this year's recipient, as being an award voted for by her peers makes it so much more special. 

Professional Adviser - Women in Financial Advice Awards 

After being nominated in two categories - Role Model of the Year and Woman of the Year - Paraplanning in the Professional Adviser Women in Financial Advice Awards, Caroline was thrilled to have been shortlisted for the Paraplanning Award.
